2023年宁波城市动漫节包括宋韵国风、动漫大咖、电竞赛事等多个备受当下年轻人喜爱和欢迎的文化“in”元素。其中，在宋韵国风主题活动中，结合时下海曙区正着力打造的“都市文博区”，宋韵文化展区、宋韵“亚运会”、汉服文化秀、宁波非遗展示、沉浸式宋韵夜游等“传统+时尚”系列活动将惊艳开展，为传统文化爱好者带来新体验。
